  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order.
    However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the
    vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
  • GLOBAL INTERNATIONAL EXIM does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like
    flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the
    quality of product delivered is not good.
  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team.
    The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his
    own end. This should be reported within Only same day days of receipt of the products. In case you feel
    that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the
    notice of our customer service within Only same day days of receiving the product. The Customer
    Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
  • In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer
    the issue to them. In case of any Refunds approved by the GLOBAL INTERNATIONAL EXIM, it’ll
    take 3-5 Days days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.

1. Return Eligibility

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetic products such as lipsticks are generally non-returnable once opened or used. However, returns may be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is damaged or defective.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product packaging was tampered with or broken upon delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the original packaging.
  • Include all tags, labels, and accessories.
  • Be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number, product details, and clear photos of the product showing the issue.
  3. Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.

Return requests submitted after the specified timeframe may not be accepted.

3. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used cosmetic products.
  • Products returned without original packaging.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

6. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product sent by us.
  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs depending on the situation.
